Regarding Reading: Developing a reading habit is more important than what you read. I mainly buy books on Kindle and read them on my iPad. Currently, I am rereading some books related to physics, history, and philosophy.

Regarding Habits: Exercising for 30 minutes in the morning is my most important habit. Other habits include meditation, reading, and reducing alcohol and coffee consumption.

Regarding Happiness: While happiness is different for everyone, I believe it is a state free from suffering and desire. The biggest misconception is believing that external circumstances and material things bring happiness.

Regarding Freedom: My previous definition was doing anything I wanted to do. The current definition is “freedom from reaction”—for example, freedom from anger, freedom from sadness.

Regarding Economics: I no longer believe in macroeconomics because it is unfalsifiable, there is too much data, and people will only choose the narrative they believe. Microeconomics and game theory are the foundation of the economic and social sphere. Business success depends on understanding issues such as supply and demand, labor and capital, and game theory.

How to become a good founder: Consider the long term; enjoy the process (short-term results cannot be guaranteed); have execution ability.

Regarding the Meaning of Life: The meaning of life is personal, and you need to find it yourself; Life has no meaning, so you need to create it yourself; Perhaps life has meaning. Looking at the Second Law of Thermodynamics, entropy only increases. As a life system, creating complex systems and accelerating the cosmic heat death might be a meaning. This is not a completely satisfying goal.
